General

• SupplyMart provides office supplies to B2B customers on agreed credit or prepaid terms.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of stock.
• Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Orders & Payment

• Orders can be placed via website, email, WhatsApp, or purchase orders.
• Payment terms may be prepaid, or credit up to 30–45 days (subject to approval).
• Delayed payments may attract late fees as per company policy.

Delivery

• We offer same-day delivery within Bangalore for orders placed before 1:00 PM.
• Delivery timelines outside Bangalore are subject to courier/logistics partners.
• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

Returns & Replacements

• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Returns are subject to inspection and approval.

All website content, branding, and materials belong to Rcdd Technologies Pvt Ltd and may not be copied without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be Bangalore, Karnataka.
