Refund & Cancellation Policy
At SupplyMart, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction for our customers. Our policy covers order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement without penalty.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Returns
- Items may be returned only if defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- For credit customers, approved returns will be adjusted in the next invoice cycle.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable pantry items (tea, coffee, snacks)
- Custom-printed or personalized corporate gifts
- Opened hygiene/housekeeping products
