Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SupplyMart, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction for our customers. Our policy covers order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement without penalty.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Returns

• Items may be returned only if defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
• For credit customers, approved returns will be adjusted in the next invoice cycle.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable pantry items (tea, coffee, snacks)
• Custom-printed or personalized corporate gifts
• Opened hygiene/housekeeping products
